4 ways to treasure Hobbies

"Happy is the man who can make a living by his hobby."
- George Bernard Shaw

How often have we wondered about what could we be doing with our time while being half-engrossed in a Netflix flick or a series? That sense of something being incomplete even after a binge-worthy series has always been our nemesis. Here are a few ways to try and relive the good old hobbies and rediscover some more while at it.

The Good old way. The vintage ways of picking up a good book and sitting down for a journey through the author's lens. For beginners, it is tough to imagine flicking pages and sitting for hours engrossed. In ways, more than one reading will always give you company in times of need. Some good places to begin are

For everyone has quite the jumble of thoughts running in their heads. The 'what-if's and 'if-only's are all too many. Sometimes it does help to sit down pen down your thoughts into words. It is at times difficult to articulate. It takes time to evolve your own style of writing and is a never-ending process. Writing can be one of the most heartfelt hobbies you can develop. It might sound funny but begin with a good pen. Invest in a pen which you like holding on to, get a notebook for yourself and sit down to write. It does flow. It is wonderful at times to look back upon the collection of thoughts you have penned down over a period of time. Begin small, perhaps a gratitude journal each day. Write along. Here are a few places where you can find that inspiration

We have all had those crazy last pages of our school notes. A special page dedicated to our scribblings in times of monotony. Why not take it up a notch ahead. Pick up a pencil, find that rusty sharpner and blank piece of paper. Let your imagination run wild and scribble on the blank canvas. Doodling has long lasting calming effects.
